1-Year Limited Glass & Hardware Warranty
At Super Comp USA, we build the highest-quality UTV glass windshields in the industry. Every windshield is made with DOT-approved glass, precision-fit frames, and aerospace-grade manufacturing standards.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Every Super Comp USA windshield includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the glass, frame, seals, brackets, and hardware.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins on the date of delivery.
What This Warranty Covers
If your windshield has a manufacturing defect, such as:
- Glass lamination issues
- Optical distortion due to manufacturing error
- Premature seal failure
- Weld or bracket defects
- Incorrect machining or hardware defects
- Fitment issues caused by our design (not installation)
We will:
→ Repair or replace the defective part at no charge for the part itself.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Impact damage (rocks, branches, debris, rollover, collision)
- Broken or cracked glass resulting from external forces
- Scratches, wiper marks, or normal wear and tear
- Improper installation, modification, or alteration
- Abuse, misuse, or commercial/race use
- Use of incompatible accessories or third-party components
- Damage from exposure to chemicals or corrosive cleaners
- Damage attributed to weather or natural events (acts of God)
If the product shows signs of misuse, modification, or improper installation, the warranty is void.
Shipping Responsibilities
For all valid warranty claims:
- Customer pays shipping to Super Comp USA
- Customer pays shipping on replacement item(s) back to them
Shipping, labor, and installation costs are not covered under this warranty.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email customerservice@supercompusa.com or call 435-250-4015.
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem and when it started
- Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will issue an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Once the product is received and inspected, we will repair or replace the defective component.
Products returned without an RMA number may be rejected or delayed.
Damage During Shipping (DOA)
If your windshield arrives damaged:
- Report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of both the packaging and the product.
- Super Comp USA will process a freight claim with the carrier.
- A replacement will be issued once the freight claim is approved.
DOA freight damage is not covered under this warranty, but we will assist you through the shipping carrier process.
Limitation of Warranty & Liability
This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Super Comp USA. We disclaim all implied warranties beyond one year, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Super Comp USA is not responsible for:
- Loss of use
- Labor or installation costs
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Transportation, towing, or rental expenses
- Damage caused by other accessories or modifications
Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
