Returns Policy

At Super Comp USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the guidelines for returns and exchanges:


Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

    • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect and packaging to expedite the process.
  • Super Comp USA will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Mistakes or Changes)

  • If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind:
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns due to customer error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or installation cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

    • Clearly label the package with the RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
    • Super Comp USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
